Immediately preceding his appointment to the Nassau County IDA, Harry was the President and General Manager of the New York Market of Clear Channel Outdoor (CCO). Appointed in 2010, Harry oversaw CCO’s operations in New York City, Westchester County, Hudson Valley, Northern New Jersey, and Western Connecticut. CCO is one of the world’s largest outdoor advertising companies with over 450,000 displays in 31 countries across Asia, Europe, Latin America and North America. 

Prior to managing the New York Market, Harry served as the President and General Manager of Clear Channel Spectacolor, the leading Out of Home advertising company based in New York’s famed Times Square. Upon taking on the role in October 2006, Harry engineered a series of forward-thinking initiatives to position CC Spectacolor for growth and drive transformation in Times Square advertising. In addition to converting static signage to live motion digital video, Harry and his team created entirely new ways for consumers to interact with brands. Harry joined CC Spectacolor in January 2003 as its Finance Manager and prior to joining the Company, Harry served in a variety of executive roles for high profile consumer products companies, which included expatriate assignments in international business units. 

Harry spent much of the early part of his career at Avon Cosmetics and Consolidated Edison Company of New York (ConEd). At Avon, Harry served as Senior Manager – Business Analysis, involved with financial planning, analysis and management of new business initiatives. He was the recipient of the 2000 President’s Award for outstanding contribution. Prior to Avon, Harry served as a Tax Accountant for Consolidated Edison Company of New York. There, he was awarded the Chairman’s Award for outstanding contribution. 

Harry is a former board member of the Times Square Alliance, the Broadway Association, The Heart Gallery NYC, NYC&Co, and is the founder and former Chairman of the Times Square Advertising Coalition. Current board memberships include the Lone Survivor Foundation and St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children. 

Harry holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Wagner College and a master’s degree in Finance from St. John’s University. A native New Yorker, Harry resides in Merrick with his wife and their daughter.
